QUALITY AND
CONTROL
- We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company for quality management system.
- For tanks, we do water tests for leakages of welding joints.
- for hydraulic circuit, we do acid wash and diesel wash and water pressure wash for ensuring microleakages. then after, we test piping at 3500psi pressure at max.
- For the machine shop, we inspect all dimensions of part as per final drawing.
- For hardening, we inspect hardness.
- For fabrication parts, we do normalize at normal temperature.
